Qualifications:
Active Kentucky Special Education certification with Moderate/Severe Disabilities (MSD) credential required Prior experience with moderate to severe disabilities, preferably in an elementary school setting Strong communication, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Provide specialized instruction tailored to students with moderate to severe disabilities Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Track student progress and adapt teaching strategies as needed Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment Collaborate with families, support staff, and multidisciplinary teams
