Immediately Job Description Roby Elementary School has a LBD/EBD position available. This candidate will support students with sensory, adaptive behavior, and academic needs in the resource and co-teach setting by providing a highly structured environment and strong communication with teachers and families. We are looking for a positive, patient, and team-oriented applicant that has strong content knowledge with the ability to provide varied instructional strategies. Candidates must embrace the use of technology and have a strong work ethic. He or she must be knowledgeable of best practices in the co-teaching and resource setting. We are looking for a high-quality teacher who will live the core values of the RES by believing in: Caregiving for All High Expectations for All Developing a Growth Mindset Equitable Learning Opportunities Student-Centered Decision Making Candidate must have Kentucky Certification in LBD and possess all other requirements according to BCPS. This position is for the 2026-2027 school year. Salary based on board approved salary schedule for the 2026-2027 school year.
