Key Qualifications & Experience:

Primary Responsibilities:

Manage an inclusion caseload of 18 high school students Provide targeted intervention and assistance during dedicated study skills classes (A days) Push into general education classrooms for English I & II as well as Algebra I and Geometry on B days, offering academic support and promoting engagement Collaborate with general education teachers to develop strategies and accommodations for student success Track student progress, maintain documentation, and contribute to IEP meetings Create a supportive and inclusive atmosphere within both specialized and general classroom settings This role offers a unique school structure, with students split between A and B days, allowing you to focus on personalized support one day and collaborative, classroom-based inclusion the next.
