Key Responsibilities:

Adapt curriculum content and teaching approaches to accommodate different learning styles. Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to promote inclusive practices and successful integration of all students. Utilize data-driven assessments to track student progress and adjust interventions as needed. Foster a positive, encouraging classroom atmosphere that nurtures growth and self-advocacy. Maintain clear and consistent documentation of student achievements, behavioral interventions, and parent communications.
