The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with children and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role involves working closely with 1yr old children to support their growth, development, and learning through engaging activities and individualized attention. Duties Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Assess students' progress and adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of all learners, including those with special educational requirements. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration. Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education. Maintain a clean & sanitized classroom at all times Skills Experience working with Infant/Toddler students is essential. Provide a loving and nurturing environment for the children Proficiency in curriculum development tailored for early childhood education. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff members. Ability to implement effective classroom management techniques that promote positive behavior among students. Ability to work in a fast paced environment ensuring all needs of the toddlers are met Join us in shaping the future of our youngest learners by providing them with the foundational skills they need for lifelong success! -Willing to obtain mandated reporter training, CPR certification within 90 days of hire (company paid), courses on medication administration, health and safety & maintain 12 clock hours per year.
