Lead Teacher (Early Learning Center)
Job Description
Those who have their education in early childhood also receive a yearly state tax credit from teaching with us ranging from $1,894-$3,787.00+.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Candidate will have a nurturing and loving disposition with young children.
- Demonstrate a willingness to continue to grow and learn as an Early Childhood Professional.
- Desire to partner with parents professionally in daily classroom communication through our school app.
- Follow the curriculum provided. Creativity to supplement curriculum, to meet your children's interest, is highly encouraged.
- Help assess students in the areas of social/emotional readiness and pre-kindergarten skills.
- Work as a TEAM with partner teachers and staff members.
- Be passionate about early education with a hands-on approach to create a love of learning.
- Possess a background in child development, education, or early childhood and relevant teaching experience with preschool age children.

A Special Education Teacher teaches students who have disabilities, and adapts teaching methods to meet the needs of students. Assesses students and helps to develop individualized education plans that specify the services and accommodations needed for each student. Works in a classroom that includes only students with IEPs, or works with students and teachers in regular classes. For students with severe disabilities, may focus on developing skills for independent living. Works as part of a team that includes therapists, school counselors or social workers.
