Key Qualifications:
Valid teaching certification with a focus in Special Education Previous experience developing and implementing IEPs Strong knowledge of state and federal special education regulations Proven ability to adapt instructional strategies to address diverse learning needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, families, and colleagues Ability to manage classroom behavior and create a positive, structured learning environment Experience utilizing assistive technology and alternative communication methods is a plus
