Category Schools - Special Education Teacher Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic intermediate school environment as a 7th Grade Inclusion Teacher, supporting a diverse group of learners in an inclusive classroom setting. This exciting, full-time opportunity runs for the entire school year, with hours from Monday to Friday, 7:40 AM to 2:05 PM. You'll collaborate closely with a co-teacher to deliver meaningful instruction, provide targeted interventions, and foster academic success for 26 students. Your background in special education will be essential as you create and adapt lesson plans, ensuring all students—regardless of ability—can thrive. As a valued team member, you'll implement IEPs, track progress, and support positive classroom behavior in a nurturing, student-focused setting. Qualifications:
Certification as a Special Education Teacher Experience teaching in inclusion settings preferred Knowledge of IEP development and implementation Strong communication and collaboration skills Comfortable working in co-teaching and intervention models Experience engaging middle school-aged students
