This contract position offers a consistent five-day workweek and the chance to work closely with a small caseload of 12-15 students, delivering meaningful, individualized instruction in a supportive classroom setting.

Qualifications:

Valid Massachusetts Special Education teaching license covering grades 2-3 (required) Experience working with elementary students with diverse learning needs Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Strong classroom management skills and a collaborative approach with staff and families
