Schedule:

What Our Maintenance Techs Will Do:

Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications Exterior structural maintenance as needed Must participate being on call (1 week every 5 weeks) Snow removal (when needed during the Winter season) A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position.
