Qualifications:
Valid MA license in Moderate or Severe Disabilities Experience or willingness to support students with challenging behaviors Previous ABA/therapeutic classroom experience preferred
Responsibilities:
Deliver specialized academic instruction to middle school students Write and manage IEPs, conduct assessments, and monitor progress Oversee RBTs and paraprofessionals in an ABA-focused classroom Implement robust academic and behavioral programming Collaborate closely with BCBA, related service providers, families, and school staff
