Our program provides services in a residential, special education, and day habilitation environment for children and adults with significant developmental disabilities, including profound cognitive, physical, and medical challenges. Our school operates year-round, serving students for twelve months a year, and we offer generous paid time off! Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Some Flexibility) Compensation The pay range for this position is \$52,000 to \$94,000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future. In this role, you will: Collaborate in the development and implementation of annual student Individualized Educational Program (IEP). Provide evidence-based instruction to address the instructional goals and objectives contained within each student?s IEP. Assess student progress and determines the need for additional reinforcement or adjustments to instructional techniques. Coordinate the delivery of special education services in each student\'s IEP. Create a positive learning experience with emphasis on individualized instruction. Conduct special education evaluations and reevaluations. Provide direction, supervision and evaluation of educational assistants as directed. Develop and prepare instructional materials. Complete all required assessments and reports per State and Federal guidelines. Why JRI? Be who you are! Requirements:

Must be 21 years or older. MA DESE License in Special Education. We can consider candidates who are in the process of obtaining their license and will provide supervision and training to enhance your professional skills. Out-of-state certifications will also be taken into account. Candidates who hold a current CPR certification are preferred. Training will be provided if necessary!
