9651133-01902 Job Description Make a meaningful impact supporting students in a K-8 school environment as a skilled Paraprofessional. This contract opportunity runs from now through June 2027 and offers a fulfilling way to contribute to a positive learning atmosphere while gaining valuable school-based experience. You will work 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, supporting teachers and students within the classroom. Compensation is highly competitive, with pay ranging from $22 to $26 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications:

Previous school-based or behavior experience is preferred Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and students Strong communication and organizational skills Approachable, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor

Responsibilities:

Provide support to classroom teachers and assist with instructional activities Help manage classroom behavior and encourage positive student engagement Offer additional guidance to students who need individualized attention Support students with assignments, activities, and daily routines Communicate effectively with staff and provide feedback on student progress Adapt to various settings, including general education and special education classrooms
