Key Qualifications:

Hold a current Speech Language Pathologist license for Massachusetts Experience working with early childhood and primary elementary populations is highly valued Strong collaboration skills for partnering with educators, caregivers, and other service providers Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Passion for fostering communication, language, and social success in young learners

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language assessments to identify students unique needs and strengths Develop and deliver therapy sessionsboth individual and groupto address articulation, expressive/receptive language, fluency, and pragmatic language Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to ensure supportive learning environments Document progress and maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with school and state requirements Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for student success Offer consultative support to staff and families regarding strategies for language development and carryover
