What youll need to bring:

Current Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist License Previous experience working with school-aged children, especially early childhood or elementary settings Strong collaboration and communication skills for partnering with teachers, parents, and other professionals The ability to adapt therapy plans to meet student needs and track progress effectively Key responsibilities include: Delivering speech and language therapy onsite to individuals and small groups Designing and implementing tailored intervention programs Conducting thorough assessments and maintaining accurate records Collaborating in IEP meetings and contributing to student progress reviews Providing resources and strategies to classroom teachers and families to support carryover of skills Youll enjoy a consistent weekly schedule of 35-40 hours, as well as the meaningful rewards that come from seeing your students thrive.
