Job Description

Seeking passionate Special Education Teachers for contract positions in Massachusetts. These roles offer the opportunity to work with students across all grade levels (K-12) and cover a range of classroom environments. Qualifications:
Valid Massachusetts Special Education License required Experience working with students on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Strong classroom management, differentiation, and communication skills Ability to adapt lessons and provide instruction to meet unique learning needs Collaborative approach to working with teaching teams, parents, and support staff
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized lesson plans tailored to each students needs Manage and monitor caseloads, advocating for students and ensuring compliance with IEP goals Utilize a variety of teaching methods, strategies, and classroom settings depending on assignment Track student progress through data collection and regular documentation Maintain positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the creation and review of educational plans Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning atmosphere
