Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience working as a paraprofessional in a school environment is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to assist teachers with classroom management and instruction Effective communication skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, students, and families Patience, adaptability, and a supportive nature for working with diverse learners Ability to follow direction and implement individualized educational and behavioral plans A commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

Offer instructional support to teachers and contribute to classroom activities Assist students individually or in small groups, reinforcing lessons and supporting learning goals Help maintain an organized and productive classroom environment Supervise students during classroom and non-classroom activities as needed Aid in the implementation of accommodations for students with special needs Maintain confidentiality and adhere to school procedures and policies Benefit from working in a collaborative, student-focused environment where you can strengthen your education skills and grow professionally.
