Qualifications:

Current Massachusetts Special Education Licensure Experience in elementary special education settings preferred Solid understanding of IEP processes and individualized instruction Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Adaptability and enthusiasm for working with diverse learners

Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized instruction to elementary students based on IEPs Assess, monitor, and document student progress toward academic and behavioral goals Collaborate with general education teachers, service providers, and families Modify curriculum, materials, and strategies to meet students unique needs Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to developing appropriate educational goals Foster an inclusive, positive, and engaging classroom environment Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Youll enjoy a highly competitive compensation package, with pay between $40 and $50 per hour, depending on experience.
