Responsibilities Personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Companionship and emotional support Prepare meals and assist with feeding, if needed Medication reminders Light housekeeping and laundry Assist with walking, transfers, and mobility Errands, transportation to appointments Engage clients in conversation, activities, and social interaction Communicate any changes in the client's health Follow each client's personalized care plan Skills Caregiving experience preferred (home care, hospice, assisted living, nursing home) Compassionate, dependable, and patient Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to assist clients with transfers and mobility Comfortable preparing simple meals and completing light housekeeping Able to observe and report changes in a client's condition Respect client privacy and maintain confidentiality Must Have a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle to get to and from work Willing to take clients out for appointments or to run errands Speak fluent English Willing to work in the following towns: Sudbury, Lincoln, Wayland, Weston, Maynard, Hudson, Marlboro, Framingham, and Concord
