JOB DESCRIPTION

Implement a Multi-Tiered System of Support using data to identify student needs and provide targeted reading interventions. Deliver evidence-based instructional strategies in small groups to support student growth.

Analyze assessment data to monitor student progress, adjust interventions, and collaborate with staff to improve student outcomes.

Partner with staff and families to support student learning through MTSS-aligned interventions and best instructional practices.
