Key Qualifications & Experience:

Massachusetts DESE Licensure in Moderate or Severe Special Needs is required Experience as a Special Education Teacher supporting inclusive classrooms Skilled in developing, implementing, and monitoring IEPs, behavior plans, and individualized goals Strong understanding of accommodations, modifications, and differentiated instruction Familiarity with standardized testing and report writing Collaborative approach working with teachers, specialists, administrators, and families

Key Responsibilities:
