Responsibilities:

• Create and implement lesson plans that align with the school curriculum and educational standards
• Provide instruction in various subjects, such as physical education, preschool, special education, and literacy education
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students
• Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive and productive learning environment
• Assess student progress and provide feedback on their academic performance
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement strategies for student success
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on educational best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or 90 hour school age certification
• Must possess certificates for 9 hr. communication, ADA, and health & safety.
• Five years of experience working with students in an educational setting
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students in the learning process
