Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid state certification as a Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing (or eligibility for certification) Bachelor's or Master's degree in Deaf Education or a related field Experience working with students who are deaf or hard of hearing, preferably in a school environment Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) and other communication modalities Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress Passion for facilitating accessible learning and advocacy for student needs

Key Responsibilities:
