9669474-21666 Job Description A rewarding contract opportunity awaits a skilled Special Education Teacher dedicated to making a difference in elementary education. This full-time position offers the chance to positively impact students with a range of learning needs in a supportive and inclusive environment. Youll have the opportunity to start immediately and serve through the anticipated end of the 2026-2027 school year. In this role, you will work with elementary-aged students, primarily inside the general education setting, helping them achieve academic and personal milestones. Your expertise will support children diagnosed with learning disabilities, autism, OHI (Other Health Impairments), and language impairments. The caseload is dynamic, generally involving approximately 10-15 students.

Desired Qualifications:

Valid Special Education Teacher Certification Experience working with elementary school-aged children Background in supporting students with OHI, learning disabilities, autism, and language impairment Strong collaboration skills for working within the general education classroom Ability to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Positive, adaptable attitude and commitment to fostering student growth
