Desired Experience and Skills:

Valid Special Education Teacher certification (or eligibility) for the state Previous experience with early elementary or K-1 Special Education highly preferred Demonstrated ability to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with Ed Techs and wider staff Experience in self-contained classroom settings Empathetic, patient, and flexible mindset
