Current and unrestricted RN license. Previous experience as a school nurse or in pediatric/nursing roles is highly valued. Strong assessment, documentation, and communication abilities. Ability to collaborate seamlessly with teachers, school staff, and families. Commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and student well-being. CPR and First Aid certification required.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 nursing care and monitoring for a student during school hours, responding to their individual health needs. Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to healthcare plans. Maintain comprehensive and confidential documentation of all services provided. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians and school personnel regarding the students health status. Advocate for students health and provide education as needed to the school team. Respond promptly to medical emergencies and utilize critical thinking skills in high-pressure situations. Promote a supportive and inclusive environment that enhances the students educational experience.
