Apr 27, 2026 Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic educator to join our high school team in a Behavior Self-Contained classroom setting. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about supporting students with significant behavioral needs while fostering their academic, social, and emotional growth in a structured and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement individualized, evidence-based behavioral and academic programming for students requiring additional behavioral supports Create a structured, predictable classroom environment that promotes student success and independence Utilize data-driven decision-making to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary clinical team, including behavior specialists, counselors, and related service providers Supervise and support educational technicians Build strong relationships with students, families, and staff to support student outcomes Maintain clear, consistent expectations and routines aligned with school-wide systems
