Job Description

RCM Healthcare Services is seeking a Resource Teacher to support students in partnered school-based healthcare settings. In this role, you will assess learning needs, develop and implement individualized instructional plans, and provide targeted academic and behavioral interventions. You'll collaborate closely with therapists, clinicians, and school staff, monitor progress using data, and maintain accurate documentation. Responsibilities Assess students' academic and behavioral needs in school-based settings Develop and implement individualized education and intervention plans Provide small-group and one-on-one instructional support Collaborate with therapists, clinicians, and school staff on student care Monitor and document student progress using data and assessments Adapt instructional materials to support diverse learning needs Communicate regularly with school teams and families as appropriate Maintain accurate, timely records and compliance documentation Required Skills Special education strategies Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Student assessment and progress monitoring Behavior management techniques Data-driven instruction Collaborative teaching with clinicians and staff Documentation and reporting Knowledge of learning disabilities Instructional planning and differentiation Assistive technology tools
