Assignment:

Maternity Leave Coverage | Fall 2026 Soliant Education is interviewing licensed Michigan Special Education Teachers for a full-time K-2 opportunity in the Downriver area. Classroom Details K-2 students Cross-categorical setting Caseload capped at 15 3 paraprofessionals Dedicated daily prep period Uninterrupted lunch period The teacher will provide specialized instruction, manage IEP responsibilities, monitor student progress, collaborate with paraprofessionals and related service providers, and support student communication needs. Requirements Active Michigan Special Education Certification Elementary SPED experience preferred Cross-categorical experience preferred AAC/iPad communication experience is beneficial
