Qualifications:
Active Michigan Special Education Teacher license (proof required upon application) Experience working in elementary and/or middle school settings preferred Familiarity with Resource classroom environments and managing caseloads Adaptability to diverse school cultures and student needs Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
Responsibilities:
Support a caseload of 10 elementary or 11 middle school students (please specify preference) Deliver individualized instruction and IEP implementation in Resource classrooms Collaborate with staff across Athens and East Leroy school sites Track student progress, maintain records, and communicate with families Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
