Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree preferred in Education, Psychology, or Social Work Training and experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis Registered Behavior Technician certification Two or more years' experience working with students with behavioral challenges Trained in or willing to be trained in non-violent crisis interventions Excellent communication skills
Essential Functions:
Able to maintain records regarding student behaviors Able to transition/train adult support for identified students Able to assist with the development and implementation of classroom and/or individual behavior plans Able to provide assistance in behavioral assessments Able to provide one on one or small group support to students Able to analyze data and collaborate with teams on positive behavior interventions and supports Able to communicate and collaborate with school teams regarding supporting challenging student behavior
