What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Special Education or related field Valid state teaching certification in Special Education Experience working with students with mild to moderate disabilities Strong skills in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Compassion, patience, and adaptability in a classroom setting Ability to maintain accurate documentation and manage classroom behavior
