Desired Qualifications:

Current Minnesota Special Education Teacher license, Tier 3 or Tier 4 (required) Demonstrated experience or training working with elementary-aged students with autism and other developmental needs Strong understanding of differentiated instruction, IEP development, and data-driven progress monitoring Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with staff, students, and families A compassionate and flexible mindset to adapt to changing student needs and classroom dynamics

Core Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and adapt specialized instruction for students in the Ready, Set, Launch program Collaborate with related service providers and general education staff to ensure holistic support for all learners Develop and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and participate in student progress meetings Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that values and nurtures the abilities of each student Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, providing updates, resources, and support as needed
