Job Description

Qualifications:
Current Minnesota Special Education Teaching License, or eligibility for licensure Previous experience working with students with varied learning needs is highly preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff Commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive, and engaging classroom environment
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to support a variety of learning styles Work closely with general education staff, administrators, and families to ensure student growth and progress Monitor student progress, provide regular feedback, and adjust strategies as necessary Foster a classroom atmosphere that encourages respect, participation, and achievement for all students This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on students educational journeys while working alongside dedicated professionals in a nurturing school community.
