Qualifications:

Valid Minnesota Tier 3 or Tier 4 Special Education Teaching license (required) Experience teaching, supporting, or advocating for students with Emotional and Behavioral Disorders Strong classroom management skills and the ability to individualize strategies for student growth Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with paraprofessionals, administrators, and families Up-to-date resume demonstrating special education experience

Responsibilities:

Deliver specialized instruction to students with EBD in a structured setting Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Foster a safe, positive environment that encourages student engagement, social-emotional development, and academic success Collaborate with school personnel to create comprehensive behavioral plans and support systems Communicate student progress and needs to families and stakeholders regularly Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and district policies
