Key Qualifications:

Valid MN teaching licensure issued by PELSB (required) Experience working with K-8 students in special education settings preferred Strong understanding of IEP processes, evaluations, and compliance standards Ability to deliver differentiated instruction and behavioral support plans Excellent organizational and communication skills

Role Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized education programs for students with diverse learning needs Provide direct instruction, classroom management, and academic/behavioral interventions Oversee due process documentation, progress monitoring, and required reporting Collaborate with families, related service providers, and general education staff to promote student success Actively participate in IEP meetings and ongoing professional development

Position Details:
