Key Qualifications:
Valid Minnesota Special Education Teacher license (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required) Experience or strong interest in working within a Setting III/centerbase program Ability to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Strong skills in collaboration, communication, and classroom management Dedication to fostering a supportive, encouraging, and adaptive learning environment Professional resume summarizing relevant experiencePrimary Responsibilities:
Provide specialized academic instruction to meet students' unique needs within the LAUNCH centerbase program Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs, collaborating closely with families and multidisciplinary teams Track student progress, adjust teaching strategies, and maintain comprehensive records Create a welcoming, positive classroom culture, applying best practices for behavioral and learning support Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers regarding academic and behavioral progress This assignment offers a consistent full-time weekday schedule (37.5 hours/week, Monday through Friday).
