Qualifications:
Must possess a valid Minnesota Tier 3 or Tier 4 Special Education Teacher license (required for consideration) Experience working with students in Setting 4 or with severe disabilities and behavioral needs preferred Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills Ability to manage a full-time caseload across elementary through high school levels
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized educational plans for students in a Setting 4 environment Provide support, instruction, and behavioral interventions tailored to each students needs Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families to facilitate student progress Maintain accurate records and ongoing communication with all stakeholders
