9685563-55016 Job Description Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students in a collaborative elementary special education setting! We're seeking a dedicated professional for a full-time position as a Special Education Teacher, beginning November 1, 2026, and running through February 15, 2027. In this role, you'll be working closely with a team of three paraprofessionals to guide approximately ten students in a cluster classroom, helping to build positive learning experiences and promote student growth. The setting is center-based, focusing on students with Developmental Cognitive Disabilities (DCD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You'll have the support of a highly engaged team to help you make a meaningful impact.

Position Details:

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday (7:20 AM 3:20 PM) Contract runs from 11/1/2026 to 2/15/2027 No hybrid or virtual options; all work is onsite

Qualifications & Experience:

Valid Special Education Teaching license appropriate for elementary level in Minnesota Previous experience in a center-based classroom, working with DCD/ASD populations Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with paraprofessionals Commitment to providing consistent structure and engaging instruction Excellent communication and organizational abilities
