Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Valid Minnesota Special Education License in EBD, ASD, or ABS Experience supporting at-risk youth is highly preferred Proficiency in developing and implementing behavioral interventions Strong ability to work in a team setting and collaborate with colleagues, students, and families Willingness to pursue Out of Field Licensure Placement if applicable

Core Responsibilities:

Provide specialized instruction and support to 9th-12th grade students in a community school setting Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to deliver optimal student outcomes Foster positive relationships and a safe, inclusive classroom environment Monitor student progress, adjusting strategies as needed to meet academic and behavioral goals This opportunity promises a supportive atmosphere where your expertise in special education and behavior management can shine.
