This is a full-time opportunity working with high-needs students and a collaborative school team through the end of the 20262027 school year.

Responsibilities:

Provide specialized instruction and individualized support to elementary students Develop and implement appropriate academic and behavioral strategies Support students with high behavioral and learning needs Implement IEP accommodations, modifications, and goals Monitor student progress and adjust instruction based on individual needs Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, related service providers, and families Maintain a structured, supportive, and positive classroom environment

Required Qualifications:

Active Minnesota Tier 3 or Tier 4 Special Education license Experience working with students with significant behavioral and/or learning needs preferred Strong classroom management and behavior-support skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary school team This is a great opportunity for an experienced Special Education Teacher who enjoys working directly with students and supporting both their academic and behavioral growth. Compensation for this position ranges from $26.78 to $48.78. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
