Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Active Minnesota teaching license (required) Previous experience as a special education teacher or in a similar school-based setting is highly valued Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and compliance Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Competence in adapting curriculum and instructional strategies to meet diverse student needs Ability to foster positive, inclusive classroom environmentsKey Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and compliant instruction to students with a variety of learning or behavioral needs Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) Work in partnership with therapists, counselors, and other specialized support staff Monitor student progress and make data-driven adjustments to teaching methods Communicate proactively with families, sharing progress and collaborating on student plans Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and district regulationsWhat's Offered:
