This contract opportunity is ideal for a compassionate educator ready to contribute to a center-based LAUNCH program in a setting III classroom. The assignment runs from late August 2026 through early June 2027, providing a dynamic and collaborative place to build meaningful relationships with students and colleagues.

Key Requirements:

Current Minnesota Special Education Teacher license (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required) Experience working in special education settings, particularly with center-based or setting III caseloads Commitment to inclusive education practices and positive behavior support Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills Ability to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Resume detailing relevant experience and qualifications must accompany application

Core Responsibilities:

Deliver specialized instruction to students in the LAUNCH classroom Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in accordance with state and federal guidelines Employ evidence-based strategies to promote academic, emotional, and social growth Collaborate with general education staff, paraprofessionals, families, and support personnel Maintain accurate documentation and complete required reports on student progress Foster an encouraging, respectful, and structured classroom culture This role offers the chance to work Monday through Friday for 37.5 hours each week during the school year.
