Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Injection Molding Press Operator responsible for running and setting up presses, as well as assisting with the monitoring of auto press operations. This role also includes cross-training in other manufacturing operations as needed. The ideal candidate will be capable of meeting volume, quality, and cost goals within defined production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a variety of presses, including electric and hydraulic, as well as injection blow molders Perform daily production tasks to meet manufacturing schedules Complete process documentation accurately and efficiently Participate in production activities across various manufacturing areas Provide input for improved manufacturing methods and processes Ensure preventative maintenance is conducted per SOPs Maintain compliance with safety programs and standards Maintain cleanliness of equipment and the workspace Update job work instructions and SOPs as processes evolve Support quality control initiatives and collaborate with the QC team on troubleshooting Follow lean manufacturing principles to enhance warehouse safety and efficiency

Mold Responsibilities:

Retrieve molds from Tooling and set them in presses according to schedules Set molds and cycle them to meet guidelines Conduct necessary tests for humidity and material integrity Follow instructions to prevent contamination of materials Return molds to Tooling and ensure they are cleaned and maintained

Qualifications:
