Job Description

Multiple full-time contract positions are available, including a half-time opening at the high school level. With roles spanning early childhood and elementary to middle school, transition center, and high school, educators will have the opportunity to match their expertise and passion to the student population that best fits their skills.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Active Minnesota Special Education Teaching Licensure required. ASD endorsement strongly preferred for the Transition Center position. Previous experience in a school-based special education classroom is a strong asset. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Adaptable and compassionate approach to supporting diverse learners.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct instruction and support to students with special needs according to individualized education plans (IEPs). Develop effective classroom strategies that foster academic achievement and personal development. Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure a positive learning experience. Monitor students progress and complete required documentation in a timely manner. Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
Position Details:
Full-time opportunities, including a .5 FTE role at the high school. Contract runs from the present start date through the end of the 2026-2027 school year. Openings available across several educational settings, including early childhood, elementary, middle, transition, and high school.
