This contract position offers the chance to work one-on-one and in small groups with students in grades 1 through 8, helping to shape their educational journey and ensure their individual learning needs are met. Youll be responsible for managing a caseload of 812 students, collaborating with a supportive team, and crafting individualized education plans that promote academic growth, engagement, and inclusivity. Qualifications:

Current ABS Licensure valid in Minnesota Experience working with elementary and middle school students preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to foster a positive, structured, and adaptive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement individualized instruction and interventions Write, monitor, and update IEPs, maintaining compliance with state and federal requirements Collaborate with classroom teachers, therapists, and families to maximize student progress Assess student strengths and needs, and adjust teaching strategies as necessary Support students social-emotional growth alongside their academic achievements
