Special Education:

Developmental Cognitive Disabilities (DCD) Prior experience in a center-based classroom is strongly preferred Ability to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students with diverse needs Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills for working alongside educators, support staff, and families Commitment to adhering to individual education plans (IEPs) and compliance standards

Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction tailored to each students developmental and cognitive abilities Create structured routines and individualized supports to maximize student achievement and independence Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, supervisors, and families to support holistic student growth Maintain detailed and accurate records in accordance with district, state, and federal requirements Participate actively in IEP meetings, professional development, and team planning sessions
