As part of the "Ready, Set, Launch" program, you'll deliver specialized instruction tailored to each child's learning profile, fostering their academic, social, and developmental progress. What youll bring:

A valid Minnesota Tier 3 or Tier 4 Special Education Teacher license (required) Experience, knowledge, or passion for supporting young children with autism and diverse developmental needs Commitment to individualized instruction and positive behavioral supports Collaboration skills for working with multi-disciplinary teams and families Strong communication and organizational abilities Key responsibilities: Plan and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address each students learning goals Provide daily instruction and positive support to promote skill development and access general education settings, as appropriate Collaborate with other teachers, related service providers, and support staff Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for compliance and communication with stakeholders Engage with families, ensuring consistent updates on student growth This contract runs through June 2027, offering the chance to make a sustained impact on students lives in a supportive environment focused on inclusive, evidence-based practices.
