Qualifications:

Valid teaching license in special education (state of MN or eligible for reciprocity) Experience or strong interest in center-based programs preferred Adaptability, empathy, and proven ability to engage diverse learners Effective communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized and small group instruction within center-based special education programs Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in alignment with district policies Collaborate with general educators, paraprofessionals, and families Maintain timely documentation and progress reports
