Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Valid Special Education teaching license appropriate for the state Experience working with students with diverse needs and abilities Familiarity with IEP processes and compliance requirements Strong communication and collaboration skills with parents, staff, and administration Proven ability to develop and implement differentiated instructional strategies Adaptability and creativity in classroom management and lesson planning
